Hey David, I hit my breaking point a few weeks ago when I had to rewatch a local TV rebroadcast I was on for work. I was absolutely disgusted in how I looked. I'm at the heaviest I've ever been in my life (6'0" ~245lbs). Blood pressure is up, cholesterol is up, energy is in the toilet, and just feel like a completely worthless human being. I found your channel last Monday - and you really opened my eyes. I've heard about this diet in the past, and was always skeptical of it (being raised on the FDAs food triangle and all). I started the carnivore diet 4 days ago (tomorrow is day 5) and though I am having some withdrawal symptoms from all the refined/processed food, I can honestly tell that my body is going through positive changes, even this early on. Ultimately, I just wanted to thank you for the videos you've been making, they are a big help to me. You've really helped me with changing my life. Can't wait to hit my 150 days. 🤙

Thank you for sharing your story with me! I know how tough it can be to hit that breaking point, but I’m really glad you found my channel and that it’s been helpful to you. Starting the carnivore diet can definitely come with some withdrawal symptoms, but it sounds like you’re already noticing some positive changes, which is fantastic. Remember to take it one day at a time and listen to your body. It’s all about progress, not perfection. If you ever have questions or need some support, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to help. Keep pushing forward, and I’m excited for you to reach your 150-day milestone and beyond! What’s been the most surprising change you’ve noticed so far?

Came across your vid and what you say is TRUE! I’m 65 and wish the Food/Pharma/Med industry didn’t lie to us all these years. I’ve been researching this over the year as I was doing it! I started Carni last Aug - lost 25 lbs as I didn’t have a lot to lose. I feel better now than I did when I was 40. I take NO meds and my doctor was SHOCKED saying I’m the healthiest 65 yr old he’s ever seen. I also look 40/50. People think my son who is 40 is my boyfriend/husband. Anyone considering this … do NOT listen to the BS they try to push on you that meat is bad. What is bad for them is they will lose BILLIONS if people start getting healthy. 🤣

PSA: Most Heavy Creams now have the following ingredients; Polysorbate 80, Carrageedan, and Mono Diglycerides. These ingredients are very inflammatory and the "Mono and Diglyceride" is a byproduct of processing oils and fats, including sunflower, palm, and soybean oils. Good luck staying healthy folks, they are making it harder and harder for us. Please spread this PSA!!

Hello man, I'm 34yo, I was 155 kg 2w ago, now 148 kg, from Brazil and our diet is based on rice, beans and a little meat everyday, and yes, we have a lot of processed food, fast food and a lot of things similar do US diet. I'm change my diet for eggs, bacon, meat(red meat, pork and chicken) and some plants like broccoli. I'm scared about the blood test results, the colesterol thing and lack of some minerals and vitamins, well at least is what everyone say. Well, i'll always satisfied and feeling full after I eat, I'm feeling great actually, better than before. Thank you for your video!

Hey! It’s awesome to hear about your success and that you’re coming out of Brazil! I definitely relate to the concern of how bloodwork might turnout. I haven’t done any videos about it but I’ve watched a lot from other creators, and I’m convinced that the normal guidelines aren’t accurate. Like vitamin c and fiber… I don’t consume the recommended value but I feel great. I don’t know the answer, I just know I want to keep feeling good and keep feeling good about myself. I hope you keep going and continue to find great health!

@@DavidCote333 I think this is my next step. I walk on average 10K steps a day, only two meals a day. Bacon, steak and Egg with a bit of Butter to cook with. But I'm a Brit lad and I love my tea, but I think keeping the whole milk in my tea was disrupting my weight loss as I'm not actually over-eating.
