Great video! I’m 52 and in perimenopause and find that magnesium bisglycinate works great for the restless legs I sometimes deal with (along with a good night time stretch!) and it gives me a deeper sleep. Also cutting out alcohol for sure. Being vegan for over 10 years now has definitely helped with symptoms 🙌🏻😃 Love your channel, keep up the good work ❤🇨🇦

Thank you so much for the reminder NOT to watch news at night. I-am guilty of this I watch news in am, afternoon and sometimes Eve... so not good. It’s incredibly negative and drains positive energy for sure. Thank you I will be mindful and limit my exposure! 😊😘

So pleased to have discovered you! You seem really authentic and I love your energy! I just watched your healthy hair video from 4 years ago...I'm a great believer in food as 'medicine' and that was thee most informative video I have watched so far! I already eat a number of the foods but will add in the rest....currently perimenopause and have lost half of my hair...very sad indeed as I love my locks! So, thank you! :)

Also, I’m far into post menopausal at 71 yo. I have used magnesium which helps relax and aids in sleep. I plan to look into the eyewear you’ve recommended. Thank you Sophie!

Cooling and heating mattress pad sounds great....but it's run by electricity and thus you are exposed to EMFs.
