Coach I had friends come over on Sunday and we did one on ones and I went 1-2 I was trying to do the shoulder dip technique because I was smaller than the people I was going against so can you do another vid on the dip tech? also can you do a vid on when to use certain routes?

Do you have any tip for oj the qb walk keeping your top from moving too? My top always turns while yours stays almost always forward

Do it with a towel, and hold both hands on the towel and only pull back with your throwing arm, it forces your front shoulder to close

Focus on relaxing, always keep your eyes downfield. Be urgent but under control

I think any 8-10lb one is fine

Higher protein and carb diet. 1g of protein per pound of body weight and your diet can be 50% carbs

Absolutely- as a QB you should be focused a lot on legs, hips and core work. That is the key to building a strong arm

Last time when I throw a football it went about 60 yards and now I could throw the ball 70 yards now!
