Cory, your channel is not only incredibly entertaining and educational from an MMA fan's standpoint. It's incredibly helpful, resourceful, informative and thought provoking in terms of how (fundamentally) one should orient their thoughts. You straight up teach me, in a simple and easy to digest manner, how to strategize & optimize my approach and mindset towards life as a whole, in a manner conducive to victory. It's fucking awesome, thanks man.

One thing I find annoying when ppl talk about Cory is that he’s “not a trash talker. Weak on the mic” which sells a fight but more importantly…..he’s a great fighter. period! These videos show how dope of a mental fighter he is. So every video, I like it. Drop a comment and let the ads run to support. Cory will be a champion and I’m mad excited for it🙌🙌

as great Irish philosopher Conor McGregor said - timing beats speed, precision beats power. or if we look at something more serious and on a bigger scale - myths like 300 spartans or something fact-based and historical like the Finland-Soviet war shows that higher-level organization systems could beat systems with more resources and power. The first note - being responsible or I would put it as "being organized" is super on point.

Dont forget that you dont have to have a very toned and muscled body like paulo costa, you just have to work on the muscles that really help you ko, take down, or submit a person. Take for example, jamahal hill, he has gotten fatter over the years but yet still boasts great stamina, power, and speed. This is just a little message, but yall stay safe 💯💯💯

Would you make a video talking about when you knew you were ready to make the move from amature to pro amounts of fights win loss ratio , age, overall experience, when you knew in your mind you were ready, was it a specific fight or a acumilation of trench work that gave you or an up and comer a feeling of satisfaction in terms of making that leap, what was worse your pro debut or ufc debut, should you as a amateur always be willing do die and walk through the fire or leave a sense of restraint even if letting up on pressure could stifle a win, what are your war books, what preps you for combat , these are question I ask myself but of course your insight would be appreciated too 🙇

Dedication is your decision to do something or be about something. For example being dedicated to a significant other. Motivation is what makes you want to do do something. motivation is a reason that can eventually waiver where as dedication is the act of being disciplined enough to follow through even when feeling a lack motivation.

I personally resonate and actually agree with what you said at the end about love, but there seem to be a bunch of fighters like GSP and Mike Tyson (he said discipline is when you hate something but you do it like you love it) who don't love fighting but still got very good at it. Not so sure about Mike Tyson though. I think he really enjoyed being the champ.

I think that's what's interesting people who are top tier performers in their careers. There are some overlapping habits but individuals have different motivators. Like Nikola Jokic really sees basketball as his job, just another day at work, can't wait for the season to be over etc. Of course he works extremely hard but at the end of the day he has his life outside of it and doesn't appear to love the sport, he just knows he's really good at it
