Animal crawls are the best bang for buck exercise out there. It's a quick workout, full body movements, and you can practice them anywhere.
These 6 movements will help you build core strength, improve joint mobility and connect the body and mind. These primal movements have personally helped me build out a bigger frame and develop a stronger physique while also improving movement patterns and movement skills. A Little bit of crawling each day goes a long way!
