If packing for a lunch box, pls suggest how to pack.. put it in the box directly and microwave before eating or put it inside an aluminium foil and then reheat or any other way.. pls suggest..

@@HomeCookingShow to be honest, I'm blessed and honoured that you shared what you feel. I was in a house fire, and I wasn't able to cook. You know because of a phobia of fire and cooking. Repercussion of a traumatic moment. After that experience, I had PTSD and I'm living in France where mostly it's all non vegetarian and I'm a vegetarian from India, I can't eat out. I battled PTSD and I'm proud to say that I can cook right now. This means that, videos like yours have made a difference in our lives, our situations, irrespective of anybody else knowing or the world knowing of what one is going through.
