Mai 72 year ka hun kewal shirsasan chhod kar daily sabhi yogasan example taad asan tiryak taad hastpadasan trikon asan brichchha asan titali asan gomukh asan karni asan sarvang nauka kapalbharti anulom vilom ardhmatsya etc 5k.m.morning walk 1hours yogasan mai daily karta hun. Bujurg kahkar mere jaise bujurgon ka apman mat kijiye. 72 ka hote huye mai 50 se jada nahi manta hun.jaisriram.
