Thank you! We were installing this model and just had a hard time getting everything to fit together following just the manual.

On a heavily sloped ceiling the supplied receiver cannot fit into the bracket as shown in this video and still hang correctly. Additionally the written instructions fail to mention how the receiver is supposed to be placed. I wasted almost an hour of time before I found this video, which has done nothing more than prove to us that we purchased an unusable fan. The entire design feels like a complete afterthought and is truly terrible.

I have this fan and cannot turn it off anymore!!! I’ve changed the batteries on the control, trying to fix this, with no luck. I have two other controls that are the exact ones that come with this ceiling fan, and neither of them can turn it off. HELP!!!

Why is my fan not stay still when is going fast?

Worst part was lining up the fan blade screw holes. And that added plate...one side has a little ridge on the edges...that is the blade side. It makes a difference for the holes to all line up.
