yes it's true. Skipping breakfast or doing it late is better option. Because Sugar levels are high in blood at morning when we awake.

The pharma Giants are always backed by these researches.....First They said desi Ghee is unhealthy it causes heart problems now they say its healthy ......first they invent tea and promote tea now it's harmful they say Milk Is unhealthy.....i don't know what's wrong with these researches...... Everyone must know their bodies what's we feel when we eat something every immediately tells us through our mood......... Don't believe in these researches blindly the cure for cancer was found many years ago still people died of cancer..... Simply if you eat more than you need then ....must do exercise otherwise just eat for living don't live for eating
