Hello everyone! This time me and my trainee Tom share with you Tom's 7 MONTH body transformation. Tom was my cameraman and got motivated to start calisthenics workouts this year, we decided to run a serie of his transformation that you could follow over past months on my youtube channel. We're in the middle of the project that is a 1 year body transformation. All recent workout clips were recorded in August and finally edited and uploaded today!

Hello Fam! Here it is! 7 MONTH Body Transformation of my trainee is finally uploaded. Tell me pls @Caliathletics Im now workoing out for one monthh and first day I couldnt do 3 pull ups now I can do 5 and I can already do like that fake muscle up , first with one hand then with my second instead of both hand simultaneously to execute correct muscle up , but there guy did like that fake after 3 months and I did after 1 does that mean I will progress rly fast or not? , bcs I have 70 kg and I ned like 5-10 just like him

What I learnt after 1.5 years, this guy learnt it in 7 months. And I haven't even learnt the handstand press yet. That's the difference between self learning and learning from an experienced person.

I train with friends. I learned straddle press to handstand (not very good form) in 4-5 months

darek changed himself from the same form as this guy to a master of calistetnics within just ONE YEAR. But this guy on the video has changed not so much even within 7 months. And who is lying?

@arshavin tutolol he means that darek didn't actually make his transformation video in one year. It took him longer than that.

Wew im 15 yo i did calisthecnic for 1 year 3 months now I weighted 85kg before lost around 17 kg and i worked out and gain 10 kg of muscle But my height is only 167 i think 5'5?

That's what I said too and Tom makes fun of that clip as well. Now we're working on the proper muscle up to keep it safe for rotator cuff but since it was the dream skill for Tom he decided to include it :D

I do my whole body workout starting from pull ups, dips, inclined push ups, normal,close grip and lastly lower body like jumping sqauts etx. How you manage the muscle fatigue?

Looks great. So 6 months of training is all it took you to handstand pushup handstands etc?? That's fast crazy fast. Considering u can't even do a pushup or pull up to start

Tom was able to do some push ups and pull ups at the beginning. Nevertheless he had difficulties with wall hspu negatives. Check episode 1 of his Body transformation on my channel! :)

It is called "Training"... Keep doing pushups and you will increase your reps automatically.
