Dietician - also, you have to look for pre-cut sheets of parchment paper. I recently discovered them and they are AMAZING 🤩 One piece will fit that baking sheet perfectly. I got mine at Kroger, our local grocery store here in Colorado.

Ive been stuck for over a year. I lost 50 lbs with MJ in the first 7 months of using it. Had to go off due to max amount. Went on some semaglutide and it did not work for me. Went on Zepbound for about 3 months now, and no losses. IDK what more I can do, Im stuck. Any ideas? I have about 30-40 lbs more to lose.
