I love how yes, I can tell this is your job, but damn are you good at it girl!! I’m currently on week 3 of 2.5 Zepbound and I have NEVER felt period cramps as badly in my life before! For my first 2 weeks, the cramps are somethin else. I spoke with my doctor about it and she said that can happen. I’m really hoping this medicine can help me, but I also know that there can be roadblocks along the way. Thank you so much for talking about the concept of grace during this process!! Yeah I’m so glad Mr. Freddie renewed his contract and is satisfied. I hope he doesn’t get the respiratory thing. Mr. Freddy is like this is my room I just allow you to film here. So if I want to toot I will. But for real here, I’m loving your daily blogs because you’re always helping us all in the community. I’ve lost 30 something pounds at week 23 and I’m going to talk to my Endo about what my goal weight should be and she mentioned keeping me on 10mg throughout this year so possibly I’ll move up to 12.5 in the new year. Thanks Countess Elizabeth, maybe you could talk one day about reasonable goal weights. Like I’m in no rush to lose a bunch of weight too soon. Oooops forgot my 🎤

@@stacey-annparke976 fatigue the day after injection so I now do my injection in the morning instead of night time so fatigue sets in around bed time. I feel really lucky to not experience any uncomfortable side effects. However, I went on a camping trip and tried to drink alcohol and that was a bad idea because it made me feel nauseous. So drinking alcohol is an absolute no now and that’s okay for me.
