🍰 BIRTHDAY CAKE ( CHIFFON CAKE) INGREDIENTS:
Cake Flour 80g
6 Large size eggs
Sugar 20g (for egg yolk)
Sugar 80g (for egg white)
Salt 1/4 tsp (1g)
Milk 80ml
Vegetable oil 45g
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Cream of Tartar 1/4 tsp(1g)
🍰BAKING TEMPERATURE AND TIME
►Preheat the oven to 350℉ (175℃), bake for about 50~60 (for reference only) minutes.
