If your days are busy, I understand. But make time for those few minutes of doing a good thing for yourself and your baby.
You need only 10-15 minutes daily to make a big difference! As you embark on this incredible journey of pregnancy, the importance of movement and mindfulness cannot be overstated. Your body is undergoing extraordinary changes to nurture and support the life growing within you.
In this video, I combined 5 major poses and a few variations to make it possible to get the most important benefits for a healthy pregnancy and smooth birth, regarding physical as well as mental aspects in a short amount of time!
It is even easy to memorize, so you won`t have to turn on your computer, but instead move freely to some music if you like!
You will need your mat and comfy clothes!
