Its like there's a TV on with reruns of the relationship. I wasn't married but the relationship was pivotal, there was before and after, and after is hell.

My situation is rough...he's an alcoholic, I been with him 9 years .he's a narraccist and a manipulator..he always gaslighted me.I been trying to do the work. Your videos have been helping me a lot.my daughter keeps me occupied and I have a dog .I stayed busy this morning. I blocked him yet I have messages he left me this morning. I should not have heard.thank you for this.he did so much damage and I gave him many chances .he always says sorry and promises to change .he never does .I can't take the pain anymore so I have to detach for my mental and emotional health. I made him leave a year and half ago to get help .I quit talking to him and seeing him, 8 days ago .even tho we didn't live together we were still in a relationship. It just wasn't healthy because my trust was gone.

I defer to the Bible. I remembered that I don’t have to have multiple compatible respect loves. If you are a polygamist, maybe that works for you. I’m not. I realized I’m a monogamist and I do not want multiple spouses or loves. I have my one love - my husband and we are together and as God told the truth, let no one tear asunder.

My narcissistic husband is an Elder in church. Married for 12 years. He left me 5 mos ago on Easter and has a mistress which he denies. Yet he admitted to cheating but won’t tell me more. But I saw text messages. I saw him at church today and it triggered me. My father is in hospital now with colon cancer. He said he was praying for him. Yeah right. He’s cold hearted, selfish, prideful and a hypocrite. Pray for me.

Hi I’ve been trying to understand, nothing makes sense, I really believe he loved me, but thiers a different him, I love him , he loves me , so why did he have sex with an older woman I don’t know how long it went on , and he kept it secret for three years, so confusion and cover up was devistatin for me, just for the record i was 67 years old she was 80 it’s just so unbelievable but what I’m telling you is true I promise xxxxx
