Four months after no contact, I sent a thank you letter as I am now ready to move on and have done a lot of work on my purpose. I think I realised what went wrong, my part in it and have changed my life and outlook.I know the past relationship is dead. I received back a heart emoji, this surprised me greatly as I was about to delete record of the letter.

As a DA, you know you avoid convos with your exes who've dumped you and try to get you to talk after NC. Any advice when this happens?

Just restart NC, block them, ask them straight up why they messaged you, or continue to be warm and open when they eventually do reach out again?
