both of my feet, ankles and halfway up the shins have been too tender to touch for a year or so, just in the past week the swelling, especially around the ankles. I had acute respiratory failure last sept, they did a ultrasound, didn't show anything. i was researching it the other day and seen a very interesting study on the possibility of spinal fusion can impede the vena cava. I'm going to mention it to my doctor.

Review your medical file for sure but well in advance, often your physician will not document what you tell them, even things you have told them multiple times on multiple visits. This could be a critical piece of evidence, for example I have told my VA healthcare provider for the past 3 yrs about numbness in my feet which affects my balance, nada, zip, zero documented, so I went to an outside doctor to get that in my medical file. Hopefully, this additional evidence will help me win my case.

How many records that found mistakes. I had to go to many doctors and get their facts straight.

Hello, we recommend getting medical records at least back to the date you allege you became disabled (Alleged Onset Date - AOD).
