This grain service was from Melbourne to Manangatang northern Victoria, we had just changed crews and were heading to rest at Swan Hill before bringing the loaded train home.

Is the rear of S317 bouncing up and down like that normal? (I know nothing about trains btw)

Yeah the tracks aren't in great condition up that way.

@@AUSSIETRAINDRIVER Just asked as the rear of S317 seemed to 'bounce' or 'float' more than any of the other units. As a train tard I never really considered how much suspension travel a train actually has. Cool vid. 👍
