My 91 4900 gets slower and slower on the freeway especially on inclines. Do i need to turn the fuel up or is mine governed? I dont think it goes past 50-55 mph

oli99ser , if it’s progressively getting slower it likely has a boost leak or restrictions in the fuel system. Adjusting the fuel is a very good thing. One of the must do items on the older trucks. Really wakes em up.

Okay i will be trying that out soon. I am very impressed with the throttle response in this video. How many full turns do you recommend? Im a bit hesitant doing this myself, i appreciate your guidance.

This truck is a 94, and has a fuel plate, no screw or nuts to mess with like on the older ones. I have a couple videos on how to do the adjustments on the older ones.
