The Zepbound savings cards expire 12/31/24 and we will have to apply for a new savings card for the new calendar year. You can use the card to fill up to 13 prescriptions during a calendar year.

Thank you! I did! I made them on Canva. I also edit these videos on Canva. I used a template and changed the colors. I am not very computer savvy, but the system is friendly.

You can get a new savings card after 12 months. However, the producer can revoke the savings cards for everyone whenever they wish. Even before your 12 months is up. So, I wouldn't count on the savings cards lasting forever, unfortunately.

Everyone has to get a new card 1/1/25 as all cards will expire 12/31/24.

I keep seeing the compound is about $400. I don't feel like that's saving enough, for me. 😔 I guess they raised the prices since the demand is so high. I really wish there were affordable options for everyone.

@@PinkOwl31 depending on the program/pharmacy i'm seeing 250-400 a month. You have to shop around but there are a lot of good legit compounding pharmacy options. HOPEFULLY in a year the brand names AND compounding are both more affordable. I think other weightloss/obesity medications hitting the market (pemvidutide, retatrutide etc) with make everything more competitive :---).

Hello, I heard you talking about your side effects. FYI, you can us over the counter medication to help counteract them. If you have insomnia again, try a sleep aid. Congrats and good luck! 😊

Where did you get this savings card? I’m starting Zepbound and I’m concerned about the cost.

Great question!!! If you go to the Eli Lilly website for Zepbound, at the top of the page in an orange box, you would click to apply for the savings card. The savings card is free and it cuts the price of the medication in half. If your insurance is going to cover the medication, it would be cheaper in the long run. If your insurance will not cover the medication, when you use the savings card, the cost of the medication will be $550. Hope this helps! My insurance does not cover the medication, so I pay $550 per month because I have the savings card. Without the savings card and the insurance, full price is about $1,200 per month.

Great question! On the Zepbound Eli Lilly website (top portion), you can apply for the card. The card takes the price from $1200 per month to $550 per month.

Good job on your weight loss. I also had a slight headache on the 2.5 mg. I just started the 5 mg. Look forward to your next video. I know a lot of people getting their medicine so I think the shortage is getting a little better.

I just started 5mg also and hope for some wl with this boost. 2.5 did absolutely nothing for me but gave me headaches. 5 mg seems to be giving me fatigue.

Yes the 5mg has given me fatigue and has done nothing this week. I wish I would have stayed on the 2.5 mg. I lost 12 by pounds on the 2.5 and only 2 pounds on the 5 mg. Guess I just need to be patient.🙂

I just called and called. The 8th store told be to give them 24 hours and they would have it. I called yesterday for the next box. She couldn’t make promises but two should give her time. 🤷🏾‍♀️ We shall see.

yeah, start getting a list of pharmacies (big box/chain (costco, walmart, kroger, safeway, giant, amazon) or local non-chain) to call on deck. calling around seems to be the way.

Sure! With the Zepbound saving card, I pay $550 per month. My insurance does not cover the cost of the medication 😞. I have to work my budget to afford it. I included the link for the savings card (orange box at the top). zepbound.lilly.com/
