More early game farms. Knuckledragger at the beginning drops the Hornet, a legendary corrosive pistol. Boom and Bewm are good for the Bonus Package grenade mod, there's also a red loot chest under the elevator. Midgemong drops the Kerblaster assault rifle though that might be a tougher one to get.

Definitely begin with Maya. Once you have her to Level 50 you can play with two controllers and grind level the other characters up to Level 50 in no time (relatively speaking) before progressing up to Level 80 with much better gear. I began as Zer0 and my son as Salvador - we struggled until my wife came in as Maya. Now that Salvador is at Level 80 he is ridiculously overpowered, but my son dying regularly as Salvador and me as Zer0 (up to Level 50) almost had us wishing to start all over as Maya. As for Zer0, he will always be a glass cannon at every level but will force the player to use his or her brain in order to progress as a solo player - yet he compliments the other two characters I mentioned when playing multiplayer. Indeed, there are times when he is an absolute must with his Critical Ascension and Bore skills, as well as being able to get into strategic positions on the map through Deception that others cannot.

To kill flint really easily: Run all the way to the front left corner or the "boss room", jump to the platform bellow, you should land on a platform with a bunch of lootboxes, go back again to the ammo seller, use a sniper rifle to make Flint chase you, just wait on the platform you are for him to get to you. You can shoot him all day from that place, he wont be able to kill you, since all of his attacks will be almost useless.

I completely ignored the first tip on choosing maya and picked krieg instead😂. . .i basically got rekt'd and slammed by everything, and i was about to give up on krieg but i gave him another chance and kept on playing him until i reach end game on normal mode atleast but, once i reached lvl 31 on him the game basically became easy mode with his melee skill tree, he became close to just being immortal and he easily wipes out anything in his path even without a good set of gears.

I didnt know about the grenade farm. I will do that when I get into UVHM. Thank you for the vid. We need more of them, at least untill the new game comes out, but even then we need stuff for that game as well

Also, early game it is worth farming Boom/Bewm for EXP you can get to level 8/9 pretty early allowing for extra Sweet release with also more health. and with the amount of fire in that boss arena, more health is basically a must.

If you start liliths quest for the fastball at level 13 it scales to max level 13. Couple levels does make a sizable difference especially late game

its a late comment but Id recommended picking up the Lascaux from hunting the firehawk. its a really good hipfire SMG and can take you for 5 or so levels until you find something better

Awesome, thank you! As someone just started playing this game a few days ago, this is just what the doctor ordered. I love how Sanctuary looks so much like one of the towns in Rage (by ID Software) a game I loved and have played 2 or 3 times. :) Hopefully this will help me get past level 3, although I was playing Gauge (Gaige?) but I keep getting her killed lol.

tip that will never someone find but its cool and its that if you dont have digistruck on peak or fight for sanctuary dlc but you have sir hammerlock dlc you can actually get osme levels so go there walk to the thing where you meet him when you discovre the location of the lodge + his place you get extrra level and let him kill some things and you can get level 3

i had 11 eridium when first upgrading anything so yeah you could get pretty easily both grenade and backpack

As I returning player that played BL2 on Ps4 for 3 years straight and finally rebought it on pc. One too I can give is when it's available always always always always do the clan war quest and farm a slagga......it can carry thru the rest of normal mode and tvhm until you farm another one

In my desire to learn how to play efficiently, I found a way to force an autosave from any location. Go into the Badass Rank menu and select the option to turn off the BAR stats. The autosave will occur when you toggle it on or off.

I've lost track of how many times I've killed boll now, and all I've got from him is a white shield. I've got a few of the pistol though.

Man l'm so glad l watched this video l was about to play this game because it's free in the ps4 l begain the game and stop wen l saw that you have to choose a class and l only cared about maya because she looked really cool but l was worried that l would pick a character that would be hard for beginners and wen he said that she is perfect for beginners l was super happy because she looks cool☺

im on my first playthrough at level 24 about 30 hours in. its crazy how you can just randomly get some batshit insane weapons that will steam roll through everything for quite a few levels. i think i ran into a legendary shotgun and nades at around level 10 that just fucking demolished everything. eventually outgrew it though at about level 20ish.

What do I do after bad hair day

I hope someone who is watching this video now can explain this to me, but why would you skip the side quests and go straight to the hunting the fire hawk quest? Is it just so you can get to the fastball quicker or is there a specific reason?

I started maya today and did the first half of this guide exactly except for the dlc quest lol.

i started as axton and right now im about to go to the fridge after sanctuary flew away . I died a couple of times but the character seems pretty fine . I just headshot every guy with my sniper and then chase anyone close to me with my assault rifle or my shotgun. If im in a pinch i just use my turret and i can do whatever i want :P .

what why alweas do play dlc with in main story line it help you grind level fast doing all side quest from main and dlc will help you level up fast you will get beter gear you can use again the warrior like sand hawk or nuken or hornet and maybe chopper

I am starting a game with Maya and in your video here you have STARTING weapons that I didn't have but you mentioned they are because of the Ultimate Vault Hunter's DLC? I got both of those (1 and 2) and still don't seem to have those starting weapons. Please help?
