In this guided meditation, Dr. Kate begins by breaking down the three different types of havening touches: havening hug on arms, palm havening, and face havening. Then she explains that we should feel free to use whichever touch or touches feel best for us. Most people have a “sweet spot,” also known as a preferred havening touch location.
Next, Dr. Kate asks us to apply havening touch and guides us through some box breaths. Then she invites our mind to drift back into the recent past and identify a feeling state that we would like to experience more; it can be strength, confidence, happiness, or calmness. Once we’ve found that energetic state, she asks us to think about an experience where we noticed this energetic state was present.
She asks us to allow this experience to become the center of our attention. What are we seeing? What are we hearing? Is there a specific body language associated with it? Is there a color to this energetic state? Where does this experience live within us? She then asks us to say “What if we were in this energetic state?” five times out loud.
Dr. Kate guides us to identify this energetic state and where it lives within us so that we can call back to this energy when we need to.

I did this because I was feeling loads of anxiety about going to a family gathering later. For the color I imagined a gradient mix of 2 colors instead of a solid color, because that's what immediately popped in my head. And since you said "field", I imagined it was a flower with these gradient colors. Later when I went to the family gathering, I had forgotten about this video. The first person I saw was my mom. She had flower earrings that were this gradient mix of colors! Instantly I felt peace. And I remembered I had asked holy spirit to be with me during the video because I was uneasy about doing it. Holy spirit + havening = best combo!

We recommend using the Creating Possibilities Protocol daily to empower your brain and CPR for the Amygdala anytime you notice feelings of stress, upset, or emotional imbalance. And yes, you can absolutely use EFT alongside it! Many of us do!
