Gujarat is getting more funding from central than the rest of us it pretty unfair for a country State like Maharashtra did it project like Atal Setu and Coastal road and Mumbai and Nagpur and Pune Metro on its own state money only Mumbai metro 3 is half funded by Central but it like Loan we have to pay back it's Unfair

@@Lykhit45 Vadodara Metro and Rajkot metro were proposed but have not been approved... They are feasibility study stage. Only Ahmedabad metro and Surat metro are under construction/operational in Gujarat.

AskPT :- I am curious why India has not developed designated business districts with super skyscrapers to address the height restrictions imposed by the Airport Authority of India (AAI). By creating high-rise business districts in areas where AAI restrictions are not an issue, wouldn't this enhance urban aesthetics, simplify regulatory enforcement, and make our cities more competitive and beautiful? Are there plans to develop such business districts in the future? Already such type of successful BD exists around the world. Exclude GIFT City.

The question you're asking goes like this - They have done it, so are they ahead? They're not ahead simply because of skyscrapers. I don't know how skyscrapers beautify a city or something, but i can see where you're coming from. To me skyscrapers don't serve much of a purpose besides a group of people trying to make something look developed. When its just the looks that's developed, its not a good thing. Plus, if you add a group of them, they just trap heat inside the city. More heat is exactly what we dont want. And how many of them just have the max use of glass? Should we use glass like that in a hot country? I'd like to use the analogy of city photography. Skyscrapers can make a city shot look good, but a city shot looking good doesnt need skyscrapers. As for business districts, i dont know much in that area. The takeaway is simply that the idea of developed is induced. Nyc looks developed for example, shanghai looks developed for example. But development doesn't care about looks, development just means development. Once you think of development, you'll start to remove the unnecessary parts out of the equation.

Vadhvan port one of the biggest projects in Indian history... Modi government has approved... par pani mei jayega cos of MVA.. then everything Modi's fault... Maharashtra got a lot of favors in Khangress era... Khangress ignored NE states and Hindi belt states with frieght equalization policy... So some equalization the other way is also necessary... Can't have only some states developing.. Under Modi government all NE and J&K are getting rail connection.

The local place is called bamboo bazar.....so the theme of the metro station is in bamboo .....it's basically a chapri area.....soon after years the station will turn into a garbage station like chikpete metro station in Bengaluru 🙂
