I am preparing this simple recipe for guests. And only for dinner. Fish can be served with any side dish - rice, potatoes, pasta. Today I'm going to share this quick recipe with you. Cooking method:
Mackerel - 2-3 pieces, salt inside, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce (pour over the fish and let stand for 20-30 minutes). Cut the onions into half rings and the lemon. Add 2 teaspoons of dry ginger, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to soy sauce (6 tablespoons). Add the onion and lemon to the fish and pour over the prepared sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
