A Tactical Nightmare at Doha Diamond League

Ай бұрынFrom France straight to Qatar for the first Diamond League of the season and my first 1500m. I went into this race with a little apprehension about where my body was at and because of this I made a few mistakes in where I placed myself in the race! I sit down at the end of this video and take you through the race lap by lap and what I am thinking so stick around for that!

Tbh you ran great you can’t do anything such races happen. Where someone messes up his and all the orher tactics (tefera) and then the race falls asleep when they don’t follow the pacers we all know you can run 3:29/28 in a well paced race. tuff race can’t imagine how it must feel. First lap 55, second 58, 58, 54 hardest way to run a 3:33, actually might have been good trying those tactics when a race doesn’t play into your favour, today in morocco with hopelully girma and the french guy someone will follow the pace and then you overtake in the last 100 💪💪
