To clean it without powering the whole aircraft, turn the ground service switch on, on the FWD Galley celling. (Ground power must be connected)

Thankyou Captain SQ for this wonderful information. Your videos helps me a lot❤ Answer for the question is:- in the forward galley area there is a CB panel overhead called as 2000vu there a toggle switch helps us to use the power for vaccum and all basically it is for serviving.

Captain, am addicted to your videos. Loving all of them. Got a question on the batter charge test as part of cockpit preparation. What are we trying to achieve by turning off the batteries and checking the amps below 60? I need more understanding as to why we are doing this

Glad you are enjoying them Saurabh. When we switch the battery Off then On, we are initiating a charging cycle. We are testing the charging function. If the battery is still above 60A, it means that current is still running. This means that either the charging function is faulty or the battery is not fully charged. Therefore the book recommends to wait until the charging cycle finishes and perform the check again.
