Why are they reassigning them? Why aren't they fired? Does ANYONE want corrupt Chiefs and Police officers continuing to work in law enforcement, when they aren't capable of being law abiding citizens? They should ALL be fired! If anyone else in any other line of work performed their job in a corrupt fashion, they would be fired. No doubt about it. There should be NO leniency for this corruption either!

Would it not be tampering w an investigation no matter what? Is that not against the law? And no if he is asking questions etc about the case you should not be calling him. You should be contacting county attorney. If you hired him and he had an end date. Then it is your responsibility to figure out what is going on. This is again another thing that just feels wrong. And when ya get that feeling,it is usually right.

If the retired cop was doing this on his own, he would not be involving a Gilbert police officer who is currently on the job, and he would not be bringing the potential witness to the police department that’s in the middle of the mess. He would meet him at his home or in a restaurant or someplace private where they could talk about this alone without police presence and it would be recorded as proof. This is all ass backwards. They are gaslighting this man, lying to him telling him his lawyer threw him under the bus allowing the prosecutor to charge him when he really was taken care of by her. I don’t believe that for a minute they’re trying to alienate him from his lawyer so he won’t go back and ask more questions and get a different answer. They’re taking advantage of his youth and his lack of understanding of how the judicial system works and how law-enforcement does Anything they can to prove you’re guilty.

How does the public benefit by prosecuting people that did not commit crimes? Why would any police department condone prosecuting innocent people? These are all crimes committed against innocent citizens and no type of immunity should protect anyone in law enforcement from prosecution due to the harm they willfully committed against innocent citizens. This is a major problem. Prosecuting and jailing criminal police and law officials is more important than prosecuting and jailing most any other type of criminals. As an American citizen I can protect myself from average citizens that are criminals. I can't protect myself against criminals within law enforcement because they are protected, as they should be. This is why it's so important that criminals are not to be allowed to wear law enforcement uniforms or for them to illegally be protected by law enforcement in any way. Or those law enforcement officers protecting them instantly become criminals themselves and just as dangerous, and deserving being prosecuted themselves and so on. This is a state matter that if it isn't handled properly by the state, it should instantly become a Federal prosecution matter to protect American citizens from the individual states. This is a serious matter that effects every American and goes directly against our American freedoms and the constitution of the United States of America and other documents empowering our government in protecting American citizens
