You have mastered free weights perfectly. Even if you don't have a machine, I think just a barbell and dumbbells will suffice. I only look for good machines and it makes me reflect.(south korea)

Numbers 3,4,6 and 7. Start with 2 sets, 7 to 15 reps of each daily. I'm handicapped and can barely walk but my Abs are ripped doing those. Add in 11 and you'll be perfect!! I do them all in bed.. BONUS: Get some Paralettes and do Dips, pull ups and chin ups and your arms will get huge. 2 sets of 7-12 reps

Hey, do you have an exercise you can do when you can't get on the floor? Had an accident and has to wear an orthosis, which only allows 90 degrees at the joints. I have a bench available.
