Hey folks, this video is meant as a tribute to KZfaq user Markiplier and the wackiness of his channel: / markipliergame
As way of making this channel kinda fun and kinda META, I'm planning on writing/recording some music based on some KZfaq personalities. Mark's got a hilarious channel of primarily 'Let's Plays', and this song was a fun project to kick off a, hopefully, recurring theme of sampling and remixing some of those folks.
The backing track was written simultaneously with the samples after looking for the sound bites I liked the best. The first thing that came from it was the drum beat. Next, ideas of how to musically incorporate the samples began to take shape and I kept filling in the gaps until it turned out as you hear it.
