I am loving the build, but I'm not sure putting the radiator in the back is going to be a good idea. #1 I'm not even sure you will pass tech for any events if the radiator and/or lines are in the driver's compartment (if they burst, you will be severely burned). #2. It is going to be very noisy, even if you put a bulkhead between the radiator and your seat (it will still be right behind your head). #3 You are going to have to remove the rear window, or do some other massive duct work to get air into and out of the radiator. #4 The cost and weight of all the lines and connectors alone makes it not worth it. As for the AN fittings going together, you are supposed to use oil on the fittings, which helps the fitting slide into the hose. They even sell a special oil for this purpose.

Thanks man! Yeah it's getting separated from the main cab, NACA ducts in the side windows, rear glass is gonna be removed, and I'm also going to shroud the hoses going next to the passenger seat. I did use oil on all the AN lines for this build, I normally just edit it out for video flow purposes 👌 but I definitely appreciate all the insight my guy!! Yeewwww. Oh and as far as passing tech 🤷‍♂️ we'll definitely see what they have to say when that day comes lol

Any luck with the new fittings? I've had good luck with the cheap ones, they are a bitch to get together tho, soak the end of the hose in hot water and use some oil on the tail and the threads helped a lot,

The Jegs fittings didn't work either and finally got some Fragola fittings and line that worked. I'll keep the soaking in hot water trick in mind for next time 👍
