While Ten Hag has been doing the things necessary from the Management perspective Martinez more than any other one player has changed United. His diminutive height has made him a fighter with steel and he more than any other has contributed to United’s mentality change. In essence he has changed United’s psyche with his tenacity and quality. Along with Ten Hag, Martinez are the reasons United look more like a “Team”. Let’s see how this process plays out.
