And yet there are people that treat that as a reason to diss mihawk, saying that a Yonko level pirate's basic attack would have one shot Jozu (not taking into fact that it's not just a Yonko Commander, but a WHITEBEARD Yonko commander, and without taking into consideration the nature of Jozu's Devil fruit, being one of the strongest defensive Powers).

The likes of Marineford is so rare in anime, and indeed fiction, in that there were so many seeds planted that grew to fruition. So many powerful personalities are gathered in one place and the world waits to see what happens. Lots of these situations are contrived, but this one has been a long time coming, with hundreds of episodes building us to this point. And even now Luffy hasn't showed up yet! Or Buggy! Garp said (through implication if not directly) that the Emperors were too strong for the WG itself to reliably fend them off, even if it's one crew at a time. Thus there was a need for them to make the concession of hiring from the ranks of the 'enemy', the Warlords of the Sea. It is why alarms were going up at headquarters when Shanks and WB were even planning to meet. Two Emporer crews at one time could actually be a hopeless struggle for the marines alone to handle. One fun thing to think about is that Ace took the 2nd division commander spot that was left vacant for quite awhile. Who might the former 2nd division commander have been?

whitebeard fleet actully super strong after 10 or more years his fleet still comparable to current yonko. Pretty sick power scale from Oda.He show the endgame strenght really early that why I like this series.

For those curious.... Marco's phoenix DF does not, I repeat, *DOES NOT* operate like a Logia. That is, his body stays solid even when transformed. Oda confirmed as such in the SBS long ago. Also, his flames have healing properties, so they don't burn. Rest assured, these aren't spoilers since Oda revealed this info around the time the arc was still running in the weekly manga (in fact, he specifically did so because he had no time to explain in the story proper at the time). So yeah, Marco's power, everyone! 😉

@@Penjaga_Lilin akainu di arc ini gak ada apa-apanya. Lawan Shirohige yg udah dikeroyok aja akainu hampir mati. Kalo garp gak ditahan mungkin si akainu mati kena tinju haoshoku. Kalo setelah timeskip gw akuin akainu udah diatas para seniornya, karena garp udah makin tua sedangkan akainu makin kuat setelah lawan aokiji. Tapi untuk di arc marineford, 3 admiral ini levelnya baru setara tangan kanan yonko kek marco.

mihawk can definitely cut jozu 100% or even one shot him ☠️ you dont go all-out in a single attack just to test your oppenent strength… beside it just his casual slash no named or shlt you can clearly see he didnt put much effort in it… dude bounty is in top 5 highest bounty in OP(Currently alive) and he’s not some evil-ass shlt pirate that goes around kill innocent people and shlt… there only 3 option to increase your bounty… 1.the threat you posses againts WG(highest bounty rate increase) 2.do pirate stuff(killing innocent people robbing shit etc) 3. defeat other pirate as a pirate

1:43 mihawk CAN cut diamonds, there's an explanation for why he couldn't cut jozu but that isn't revealed till wano Spoilers: It's because of the breath of all things ability(zoro in alabasta) you only cut what you intend to cut, nothing else. Mihawk wanted to cut flesh not diamond.

Facts- Whitebeard has been sick during the Marineford war . He wasn't even using Haki throughout the war . And the tremors that WB was using was only about 60% at Max because he would hurt his own crew members
