You are so right. Once you've seen prints of your work, it immediately gives you 2x confidence / feedback of what to improve and or just go out and keep doing it. It just love. If you shoot with great gear it's an insult to photogrpahy to just keep it on SD cards.

Great story telling Ben - very engaging. They resulting image is fantastic. Even the pre-crop version was great, capturing the scene with the main eagle still being a powerful anchor on the photo. But that printed version, just wow. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Ben have enjoyed all your videos since I subscribed to your channel. But this one is going to go up to my top 5 most enjoyable. The time lapse was amazing with everything, weather places etc so beautiful. I’ve only known the island in passing and from geography lessons at school many decades ago but your video made them a possible place to visit just for its beautiful wilderness. Love the Q2, have had mine for over two years now, great for travelling and all round photography. Thanks for sharing, stay safe.

That's a fabulous image, Ben. Fascinating to hear the story of how you got the image as well as the information and footage on Dutch Harbor and the Aleutian Islands. Its not a part of Alaska that I've heard anything about before so I definitely learned something. Keep up the great work and I'd be happy to see more videos on your wildlife photography if you choose to make them. 👍

Ben, you really have a way of drawing the viewer to experience what led up to this incredible image as if we were there. I felt the excitement...great story telling. Several months ago I sold my Q2 for the SL2-S because I needed more flexibility in my approach to image making. I do however feel as though I lost my best friend. I used to take my Q2 everywhere. I do plan to buy another Q2 because you can crop images with a 47 megapixel sensor and not loose quality and that lux 28mm 1.7 lens is absolutely stunning. Keep up the great work.

This was so inspiring to watch! Congrats with this image - it is just stunning. My home away from home is the Masai Mara in Kenya (yes, I know I am privileged..) Impressive shot - have the Q2 and an xt4 with lots of lenses - it is collecting dust as the Q2 feels so great in the hand - also found a way of getting stronger colour as a I found even stronger colour not strong enough - keep it up - Best R

just subscribed and thumbs up I found you by looking for Leica Q2 Repoter videos.Btw I am not a Leica owner yet I still shoot with Nikon D800 for yrs . Being on the right moment etc and now your stuff Photography starts with 18% of gray.
