Well done Naomie for giving a voice to our Dear continent Africa and to my favourite country Nigeria. Nigeria is a beautiful place despite all the challenges Nigerian people face. It is our individual responsibility to create and be the change we would like to see at our doors. Violence breeds violence . Peace is the first step to sustainable growth, economic development and social inclusion.

Dear Naomi, it would be absolutely amazing if you could interview Inua Ellams. He is such a lovely eloquent poet who wrote a book The Half-God of Rainfall. The book illustrates many different issues society is facing nowadays and it sends very powerful message to the reader at the end. I hope you see this, and I love you so much. 🥰❤️🤗

Noami look like and is built like a Senegalese women. Everything about her screams Senegal. Katoucha and Peulhs women are tall and slender with beautiful dark skin. Her feature and thick is west african all the way. You see a lot of women.like Naomi in Guinea, Senegal and Niger they are Peulhs or Mandingo. My pick though is Senegal!!!!

@@peacheskong2245 what do you know? Pffff.... Once you are able to tell Africans based off tribal feature like us you will be able to talk. The black gene in her is dominant. The little asian genes she may have is a non factor. Ask her to get her African DNA at African Ancestry I bet you 60 out of 100 senegal is the region her maternal lineage came from. She either of the Peuhl or the Mandingo tribe. Have her check her DNA darling. Senegal- gambia region it will be. Before she is Jamaican she is an African. Catch that!!!!

Not even Peuhl, i have seen enough wolof ladies with the samee slender body . Senegalese are nilotic with their own distinct regional features

I understand for white folks Naomi is a token black girl. For us Noami makes us proud because she is our black sister she is not a token black she is one of us. In African her body type is found a lot in countries like Senegal. Tall, statuesque with full lips. That is how some senegalese girls. Because they are mainly muslims and have to cover up but baby don't get it twisted undereath those wrappers there are serious bodies. Again we love naomi this is no dig or no shade at all. She is built like a Senegalese women. She willl tell you herself when she was in Paris at 17 the African models from Senegal like Katoucha Niane look out for her. Baby Black recognize Black!!!! Again she is African before she is a Jamaican.

Mama Africa has 53 other very important countries who also deserve some much needed attention! There are also other African countries with SARS so why is everyone always focusing on Nigeria as if that's the only country that exists in Africa! This needs to stop!😒👎🏾

Again, a good and topical segment. Thank you, Naomi! However, do you read your comments? I imagine you don't for whatever reason. I ask because they could be a good source to hone your interview skills or discover other subject matter. I imagine my opinion will be an unpopular one but so be it. I admire and understand your passion for your topics and guests. But when you constantly interrupt your guests as they're trying to finish their answers, in my view, it can be quite irritating. If I were being interviewed, I would be annoyed because I couldn't say what I want to say without being interrupted regularly by the host. It's meant to be a thoughtful, enlightening and entertaining conversation between two intelligent people. When you repeatedly interrupt the answers of a CNN journalist, I feel it's time to maybe look closely at her evolving and flourishing career, take notes and see why she has earned the respect and become a success in her chosen profession.
