I fell in love with plantains when it was served with jerk chicken. I don’t know how I lived without it all my life. Looks so delicious 😋 I am going to try your recipe tomorrow.

i tried frying it once when the plantain was at that stage and it came out really dry, and i hate waiting so long for them to over ripen. so im gonna try baking them this way

Is there a way to roast or use fermented plantains? I have read some information on fermented fruits to aid in digestion, but nothing on using plantains.

I would like to make them..and my Husband (also from Nigeria)...will be happy....bc he love roasted Plantain..but I am living in Germany.....wich degree (Oven)....I ve to use then????
