Becks has it spot on about motivation and mentality ; if you aren't up to standard with those from the off , this isn't the club for you. And those who say "these are new players" , "they weren't here under those managers" ; for one there are players here who were there at the end of LVG , definitely under Jose and more and more still here who downed tools on Ole and Ralf. Its a corrupting influence that rubs off on the next crop of players coming in. The heart of that squad needs ripping out or it will continue to be a corrupting influence. And as usual the Glazers and execs (at those times) very much to blame ; they continually backed the players , sacked gaffer after gaffer without proper squad clear-outs and emboldened player power to ridiculous levels in the process.

That’s a realistic approach from what I have seen so far. We struggled against Burnley, Coventry, Sheffield and got humiliated by Palace. Given, the only credible candidate is Tuchel, who in my opinion wouldn't be a huge upgrade on ETH. Then to get ETH out and Tuchel in will cost at least 15million. For me, better off leaving ETH where he is, see his final year out (if it goes well United have the option to extend his contract by another year), if it goes wrong, then get someone else in. Who knows by then, there may be a larger number of decent candidates for the job.

You might not like the Glazers but I know Ineos. I have worked with them and dealt with some senior people there. They are terrible. They will milk you for money like you have never seen.
