I would gladly watch an hour long video from each of them. Watching passionate people talking about the things they love (even when I don't understand a thing they say) is MY jam. Though, I have to admit, the Helvetica/Forma tangent was my absolute favourite. Gotta love a graphic design nerd.

I really hope you got some home movies footage from on set! It looks like the perfect group was assembled to make this book and I another collab from you all would immediately make it in my preorder shopping cart. Can I also just thank you for putting pictures of almost everything in the book? I get so disappointed by a new cookbook when they don't have pictures of all of the delicious sounding recipes.

Love that you selected a team of people that were outside of their comfort zone. Nice sensibilities on your part. Maybe you should consider being a “show runner” for cooking videos/cookbooks?! Your next career turn? You make it relatable, and BTW, the more natural approach to promoting sponsors is better. You clearly are more comfortable when you believe in them - as it should be.

I get that you're on tour and slammed right now, but I wish you uploaded more consistently. At the very least, could you update your viewers re when there will be a break/delay? Maybe under the youtube "community" forum? I check your channel every Tuesday afternoon/night and used to be sad when I didn't see a new video or any accompanying message, but frankly it's just frustrating now.

I love this book, and the videos, but I have to say, as an older fan, the ingredients in small orange type are difficult to read. As a copy editor and website designer, I would ask that you please consider people with vision problems when you're designing images and type. Btw, I made the blueberry tart with mixed berries instead of blueberries last week - blackberries, raspberries and strawberries - and absolutely loved it. I don't keep cornmeal in the house, so I used masa harina and it worked beautifully.
