@@Miss_LadyAplomb To be fair, Jan also embraces "It's your nuzlocke, do what you find fun." And that particular rule has been widely adopted ESPECIALLY in randomized runs where starter choices can be invalidated from the get go based on the rival matchup and learnsets.

@@rad_rex the mode you unlock after beating Iris depends on the version you're playing. Jacob got Challenge, Vulpixie got Easy. And you can use the "exchange keys" function to share your keys with the other version, unlocking both extra modes.

I've tried to nuzlocke B2/W2 before, absolutely brutal generation. Most of the gyms have type advantages against the starters, especially for tepig and snivy

yeah with a randomizer it takes the sting out of b2w2 but i think those are the most upfront challenging nuzs in the franchise. Those first four gyms will reck your shit so fast if you don't get the right encouters or get okod along the way. I still think plat e4 and cynthia are the hardest endgame but man over all challenge is b2w2 for sure

Funnily enough, I just came after rewatching alpha's neon white video since I got the game a bit after he played in fast 50, watched it, saw this upload, and now he's already teasing a new one in this video, I love it.
