Mr. Ellsworth is what is considered a fine, upstanding, disciplined man where I'm from, and bless him for working to promote this concept to his mentorees, as the upstanding disciplined man and woman is way more rare a human than should be the case. @bananiac I want to transition to a plant based diet but I'm scared of soy, tofy, peas and beans that might raise estrogen level and cause hormonal imbalance or other illnesses. When you interview of doctor again, eg. Dr. Mills, can you bring up this question and ask them to address it please. Thank you!
