Okay so if you don't know, the white foamy stuff on top of the butter is whey. The process of separating the whey from the butter is called clarification. When you clarify your butter it raises the smoke point. The smoke point - the point at which the butter will smoke is a lot lower when it isn't clarified. By clarifying it, you raise the smoke point to around 300 degrees Ferinheight. So, if you want to do this at home, use clarified butter, or clarify your own. It's not difficult.

This looks really good. I have one of those. Biggest tomahawk steaks with a long bone in my freezer. They're worth the price. Some people say it's expensive, but it's a good cut in. It's amazing. You're making me want to cook that later on for dinner.

Looks to be enough meat in one for a couple of meals, they truly look yummy the way they are prepared. When stationed in Japan, I loved visiting the street venders, it was a holiday for the taste buds.

I am hungry for some of these dishes, wish you would showed the name of the ingredients as they are added. Used to go to the street vendors away from where the rest of the American service members went, just to sample the local foods, while stationed in Japan. What a holiday for the taste buds!
