Mr. W, thank you as always. I was most impressed, in this video, not by the chipper, but by Mrs. W. This is not easy work, but she is right at your side, cheerful, helpful, supportive, sharing the labor and the laughter that this life brings you. God Bless your family.

That chipper is so cool and it was neat to watch it devour those trees. It was also very nice to see you both working together on this project too. All those chips are sure gonna make for a nice gardening area... nicely done !! Thanks for the video Wranglerstars !! God Bless to all.

Man, that machine eats even more then my Uncle Ernie at a free all you can eat buffet! Loved the camera riding the log right into the machine, hell of a view! I gotta say, you're a lucky man to have a wife who likes to play with machinery! Thanks for sharing the day with us. Podcast idea, weekly podcast doing info on various aspects of homesteading not covered in your videos, and family projects including some things you do with or for neighbors as an outreach in faith and friendship. Also wondered if you could show us a topographical map of the homestead and how its laid out so we understand how your ponds work, and tree lot management so that we can better understand the challenges you deal with in a scale we don't get in a narrow focused video?

Definitely try doing a podcast. It would be awesome if you could have special guests as well. Some guest ideas could be other KZfaq homesteaders, samurai carpenter, maybe the guy who made your ax, the ideas are limitless. Just shooting the breeze with your fellow man. Plus you could go in depth with how you got into homesteading, how you met Mrs. W, future ideas with the farm, etc.

That's a cool machine. I used to work at a hardwood chip mill and we had a chipper that ran on two 800hp electric motors. When we were chipping it would shake the entire building. It would chip a solid tree 27 inch diameter 80 feet long and not slow down. Watching this kinda makes me miss it. I love the smell of freshly chipped wood.

If you decide you have the time and energy to do a podcast it would be a great idea. One day you might even have guests who you are interested in to share their homesteading experiences. We use tools to tap into natural resources to develop and build great things it always amazes me when i see how people are using technology like youtube, podcasts...etc to tap into valuable human resources to teach, to share, to develop and build the character of themselves and those around them. let us do good while we have time! keep up the good work. This is the first of your videos that I saw. I have watched a lot of them in the last few weeks. The thing that attracted me was the chipper. Another thing to think about when a felled tree leans against its neighbor, is ROLL it out with a peavey. Look up to see if you should ROLL left or right. But you did a good redirect too, though you won't always have that capability.
