Needs, at least ball bearings if not precision bearings, the pulley a smaller diameter and down in the grip so the arrow rests closer to the hand, a flare on the back that rests in the thumb crotch, a fold-around wrist brace, a better way to attach the tubing so you can add as much as you like for more draw weight, and two brushes on forked sides so an arrow can be top loaded instead of threaded from the back and the fork extended down and mounted to where the metal pin is to brace it. And that wooden dowel pin will be a point of failure over time because of the leverage on it. A threaded insert with two low profile Allen bolts would be better. Still, pretty nice. Well done.

Why the pulley? You can get a circle brush and it will work just as well, and a lot less work too.
