black mustard 1 tsp
Cumin seed 1/2 tsp
onions 2 large
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
chopped garlic 1.5 tsp
green chilli to taste
your favorite curry powder 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
blended tomatoes/pasatta 350ml
400g Spinach
2 diced Potato par boiled with turmeric & salt
coconut to taste
fresh coriander - loads
GARNISH red onion, fresh coriander, chili flakes, ginger
