Not at all a lesson. He’s a freak of nature, 90% of the population can’t do what he does at his weight, and likely couldn’t even if they tried

I can deadlift 230 kgs i weigh 70 kg. I come from Russian and Turkish heritage. There are many of us that can deadlift at least 3 times their body weight. It's a gift for most eastern European men. Anatoly is very refined indeed a true powerhouse. Lobg live brother Anatoly ❤❤❤❤

When I was 13 years old. and weighted 40 kilos. Dead lifted 160 kilo. My family on my Father's side is from Croatia. I would deliver newspapers everyday up and down the hills without putting my foot on the ground as an exercise. Did 250 lbs on calf machine also. So I know what it is like to lift big weights for my size. Now I am an old guy and can maybe lift a liter of beer to my lips.😏😒
