Whenever I see a house come down, I think about all the memories that someone has, the joys, struggles, good times, even bad times... An old home saw it all.. everything in life... in all its aspects. Shelter and warmth, refuge from the elements. Now its gone.. a clean slate.. and as the people that lived there die off, all just evaporates to the winds of time.

My daddy used to clean up rental properties after the tenants had left (usually in the middle of the night and after not paying their rent). Picture this; a family of feral goats stuck in a house for 6 weeks, with bales of hay and the taps left running. It was deliberately done by someone after they had a disagreement with the landlord. Dad said that was the worst because by the time the real estate agent / property manager went to see what was going on the goats had eaten the hay, the wallpaper, carpets and curtains, had pooped everywhere and broken alot of windows, hurt themselves, etc. Thankfully goats were "rescued" by someone who had a blackberry problem along the creeks that flowed thru their property so the goats got a new home for life. The house had to have all the poop removed then it was gutted and in the end they rebuilt a completely new house because so much was damaged. Blessings from South Eastern Australia, Dot

I learn a lot from you and now my 13 month old son loves to sit in my lap and make "broom broom" noises while watching. Now that i finally have my dream property, my next dream/goal is to start accumulating and learning how to use machinery and start a business to hand down to my kids.

This is the first video of yours I've watched. All around excellent work, and I mean that it is work the way it should be done. The demolition was great and the videography was outstanding. I used to do some demolition on a smaller scale and with hand tools, curbside trash cans and one good friend. That was thirty eight years ago and the neighbors called us the Swedish Tractors.

After watching the claw demolishing the house, a thought came to mind. What would your new tree shredder attachment do to a house?🤔😆😆 Now that might be fun. Love the ratchet/geared tie downs for the skid steer. Amazing how much cordless tools has influenced the accessory industry. Those tie downs are not complicated, just a small gearbox. Could have used the old corder drill motor many years ago just as easily. But the cordless has made everything more mobile and agile. Always excited to see what new toys you get to expand your business. Love the videos, Andrew. Awesome!!
