I have followed strength sports for a long time. I tell you now. This man is the king of the deadlift. First man to hit a 1000lb and to dl it twice, without straps. Eddie might go on to lift 470 plus. That would be awesome. However I believe Andy had that weight in him if he used straps.I got 12 week program from Andy and I increased my total by 40kg. Almost. 100bs for any Americans. Also I done it in lower calories and lost over 10lbs. If anyone is interested in strength or powerlifting meets, get in touch. He will get you results. Great at peaking someone for max lifts.

470 + 30kg to be exact. Main thing that has surprised me since is that Eddie Hall made himself a household name due to the popularity of the vids thanks to KZfaq. Changing times and all that. Let's see who hits 550 and even 600 in the far future.

@@jbibanezdude44 That's not gonna happen.. Eddie almost died of the aftermath of a 500 kg deadlift 600? Are you bunkers?
@TheAweberry4 жыл бұрын
EpicGamingWolf I agree 600 is impossible. 520 maybe but I doubt that it would ever go higher than that

600 will be done one day hell 700 might even be done in the future if someone comes along with insane genetics weighs 600 lbs and has great leverages

This was while training for Giants Live and they were figure 8 straps. Great straps but make your grip very weak.

Just wondering if you still use the grease the groove method in training and how frequently?

It's not a method it's all your training

What kind of lifting straps are you using in this video andy?
@BOZAK1155 жыл бұрын
They're called figure 8 straps. I highly recommend them. They're awesome! You can see me using them in some of my videos. The only problem is that they're hard to use when you have scrawny arms like me.
