these are so satisfying to watch, I love seeing the process and how a piercer should talk to their client. It gets me excited about getting more piercings done after not having anything new in over a decade. And these turned out beautifully, they really suit the client! (also I love your outfit I'm a sucker for those kitten tshirts)

That septum ring is so nice and shiny in the thumbnail I thought it was photoshopped in at first 😂 Do you have any tips for screwing the balls in (heh) of internally threaded jewelry? I've bought some before, but I have a SUPER difficult time getting them in and secured vs externally threaded. I don't know if it's an hEDS thing so my fingers are bending too far back or what (doesn't help that I have spasms too). Is it okay to wear externally threaded jewelry as long as it's nice and healed, or should it always be internally?

I’ve actually never done one! So I don’t know that I would be the best to speak on them.

@@Lynn_Loheide oh yeah i get it! My pirecer with 10 years of practice never done them and i was the first one so she did it for free, and yeah it was fun proces and not painful one (not counting squeezing out the hematoma three days after the piercing was done pf)

Love the professionalism. My piercer reminds me to breathe because I hold my breath when I get scared. I forget how to breathe. 😅 But I got these done two weeks ago. When should I downsize?

Hi Lynn, is it possible to get a Medusa or Monroe piercing without oral damage down the line?

Yes! I wore a Philtrum for many years with no oral damage.

great, what is good to know about rejection ? does it happen often ? or is it rare

These do have a much higher risk of migration and rejection than most oral piercings. I would consider it somewhat common in this placement.

Im wanting to get this piercing soon but im scared because people say they reject easily. Is there any way i could prevent that?

@@chupapi7592 sadly there is no guaranteed way to prevent rejection. It is just a risk with this placement.

Is it okay to use numbing cream before getting this piercing or does it depend on the piercer? I’ve never gotten a piercing before and I’m scared it’ll hurt like 10X more if I don’t use it

Numbing cream is actually not safe for piercings. And if used on these it’s likely they would turn out shallow and crooked due to the way numbing cream affects the tissue.
