Did you know 👇THIS👇 about intuitive movement?
1. There are no rules! You don't need special training, and you can start exactly where you're at. Right now, today.
2. You can do it standing, seated, or even lying in bed, so it's perfect for those just starting their healing journey. I intentionally demonstrated this seated for those who are wheelchair or bed bound, as I was there, too, not that long ago.*
3. There's no need for grand, extravagant movements. Start small, close your eyes, connect with and be fully present in your body, and feel for a slight stretch/pull in your fascia and/or muscles. Don't push it. Feel the pull, lean into it as much or as little as your body is leading you, and release. "Bodyfulness" and gentleness are key.
4. Intuitive movement is wonderful for helping bring you into your body and out of your head. It releases the fascia, which in turn benefits the nervous system, as fascia is one of the richest sensory organs in our body!
