I was! I figured out through trial and error and lots and LOTS of practice that I was simply not allowing enough TIME for my body to release and allow my vagus nerve to reset fully.

When I began spending more time on this exercise (my average session lasts about 5-6 minutes, but yours may differ), I experienced the deepest, most satisfying yawns, and total refreshment and relaxation. Kind of like rebooting your computer. Ahhh...
With these yawns, my eyes water profusely, like my body is washing away all the stagnant energy. It's such a beautiful feeling.
