Excusing yourself if the sex is unpleasant or if he is in the process of doing an act that you do not enjoy is such underrated advice. I feel like a lot of ladies don’t stand their ground enough. I was in a situation in bed that I found unpleasant, and was even more uncomfortable with him being turned on by it, so I literally said “excuse me” and removed myself from there, got dressed and left 😂

You're awesome!!! Gosh, how many times Ive heard from some friend that the sex sucked but she just stayed there so as not to offend him xD I think the more invested they are and the longer the relationship is, the less they dare to show disatisfaction as they dont want to "lose the guy". I think of it that way: if you're looking for something serious then wait until you have an emotional connection with someone before you have sex. This has nothing to do with "not giving it away too soon" in a way of being "easy to get" or whatever. It has more to do with taking your time and adding a personal note to your sexual interactions. Sex will ALWAYS be better if you know each other a little more plus sex usually gets better over time so the first time usually won't be the best.

Anna, I met my partner and stayed with him for 10 yrs, when we met we had instant chemistry. I met him at a local restaurant for a drink. We had so much in common, he invited me to his home for dinner. I don't know what I was thinking I said "Yes" and we both drove our own vehicles to his home which was less than 10 minutes away. When I entered his home his housekeeper came to the door to greet us. She was preparing our dinner which was one of my favorite meals called Osso Buco. We drank ate and talk for hours, and by the end of the evening, I ended up going to bed with him. Years later he brought up, and you went to bed with me the first night we met. I've only been with five men in my lifetime at the age of fifty, he was number six. He had the nerve to say he's been with 68 women. What I am trying to convey, please elegant ladies don't go to bed with any man the first night. It doesn't matter how many women they have been with because sooner or later you will be judged. He never wanted to marry me I end up wasting 10 yrs with a man that never loved me. Please don't make the same mistake... Ciao Bella! 💜

In high society, maybe. But sadly in average society, the "pimp" and "ladies man" still has a fairly established place. Just watch any hip hop video (or any popular genre) or tune into "alpha male" videos on KZfaq, to see that these men still have a sway in the public imagination. I wish they didn't exist, but they do. So we women need to be careful, intelligent and strategic. Date only the men who respect you and value you through their actions
@Kat-jv3gt

I really like that you brought up how sex is different for women compared to men. Recently, I found out that, when a woman has sex with a man she produces a bonding hormone, the same bonding hormone she would produce after childbirth. Imagine all of the unpleasant situations, emotions, and drama that come about simply because of not knowing our bodies and how they work. Not to mention how a lot of men (and women) have been miseducated by adult films and don't know how to properly care for our gardens, as Anna put it. I will wait for marriage before being intimate with a man but for the women who don't mind I'd say three to six months of waiting. Usually by that time most of the unfavorable gentleman will have given up. Regardless of whether or not you choose to wait, you should always make sure that you and your partner don't have any diseases before you do anything. I really enjoyed this video and it has opened up a very interesting discussion. Well done Anna!

It takes work to have self control and be patient, but it doesn’t take much to open your legs. Yet, They are always the ones who are belittling those who choose to wait until marriage & who are waiting until they find the right person. Because without “experience” then no man/woman is gonna want to be with you. (Which is complete bs) Every body talks about sex like it’s some meaningless act, but it’s so much more than that. It is a way that 2 people become closer and become one (literally & spiritually) and the thing that so many young people don’t want to see sex or relationships as special just disappoints me. Not dragging anyone down and taking the time to remind everyone of the most important aspects: to enjoy yourself, listen to yourself and be safe? And also, not do like some people who encourage you to use this area of life as a weapon or as a manipulation tool! I got the impression that other women had and I was glad that I stood apart from them in that way. I wasn’t intentionally holding myself back to impress him but rather because I had my own standards of where and I how I would do things because of my age … I was much more free in my youth but by the time I met my now husband, my own standards for “the garden” were different

Growing up around people who don’t share the same ideologies when it comes to behaviour, there was never really anyone I could learn from (in terms of how I wanted to me). So truly, these types of KZfaq channels have been such a great help for 1) feeling less alone in my behavioural ideologies 2) providing advice in such an elegant way so that there is no offence if people haven’t learnt these things yet 3) being such a great role model Thanks Anna for great content. @MJ-rh6tu

Sex is not the most important but it is important. You can have care, respect and love even in friendships. I want to be loved by my man but also be desired, want to be the woman that makes him crazy. I think you are only looking from the female perspective(though many women love and enjoy sex too) because if we ask men in a relationship most of them will say that sex is fundamental and not just a small part of the relationship. Most men love sex and that’s a fact, there’s nothing you can do to change that. Also there are women that truly enjoy sex and want a partner that pleases them to have a satisfactory sexual life. I think in a relationship both parts should clearly say what they want if you are a woman that doesn’t like sex much you should say to your partner so that there are no problems later. Also men should clearly say if they want sex regularly.

Can I add point 4? Women don't "hate to" put up with anything they are uncomfortable with, emotionally, physically, morally, etc, even if "everyone is fine with it", be that sex acts, sexual behaviour, porn use, involve other people and whatever you don't feel OK with. It is ok to set boundaries. You are not selfish, prude, unrealistic, controlling, bla, bla, bla. Value yourself, your ethics, your views and feelings. If the guy is not OK with your boundaries, and acts with disrespect to your feelings, he is not good for you.

I think "being present with your partner" is great advice. I've tried to be what I thought the man wanted, and I've tried to be what I thought I wanted out of a situation only to end up disappointed. Finally figured out that connecting in bed is similar to a great conversation: Give and take, reading the person, and being present in the moment. It also helps to get to know them a bit before hand. Think about how great chats are with a friend versus small talk with a stranger. It's just not the same.

Anna, could you talk also about this hot topic: not all women want kids and that is actually TOTALLY OK. And about the fact that a family can also mean just husband-wife, without kids and that dosen’t make it any less of a family? I was so surprised to see that answer on your IG story a while ago, with that lady who had the audacity to label a woman without kids in her ‘late 30’s’ ‘not elegant’? Some people do think like that and it’s their right, but at least they should stop TELLING SOMEONE this. Like ‘no, you are wrong and I am right’. It’s ignorant and immature. Personally I do want kids, but it bothers me to see women judging other women for not wanting them. I understand that women are associated woth kids cause they are the ones able to give birth to them plus they are on a biological clock men aren’t but it’s very personal and it’s everyone’s CHOICE. I don’t understand where the ‘love, peace and understanding’ are gone, as you said in your podcast:)))

I would advice you to discuss that early on on. If you wait too long, you might end up finding out that you're on 2 different paths and ending it will be much harder. I have seen it happen multiple times and the result was not pretty. Ask it in a way that isn't rehearsed or forced. Ask and let him talk without interrupting or trying to change his mind, and then make up your mind. Remember that men usually don't change their opinion; they mean what they say and won't change because of you. My friend brings it up on the second or 3rd date and if they are not compatible, that's their last date. It will save you heartache.

Its important to bring it up in a casual conversation. When you are talking, ask casually about each others families how many siblings they have , do you like your childhood with a small/ large family? This is a innocent way of bringing it up followed with , if you were to have a family what would you do differently? A great way to ask about finances is after a couple of dates in the general get to know you phase.. you can ask what do you like about your job? it opens the conversation to what they do, maybe he might complain about money or overtime. you can get to know if they are workaholics or if they have a stable job. open ended questions when phrased correctly help. Thats How I knew my husband was a hard worker and what he wanted in his family life.

There are VERY few women influencers who will admit these raw truths today, though these would have all been obvious five decades ago: that our society IS still structured with patriarchal norms, that frankly that will not change - biological imperatives drive men to favor women who have less partners historically because of the likelihood that resulting offspring will be his own, and her better ability to pair bond with him and raise his children - that women ARE viewed a certain way based on our sexual behavior, and that we CAN control more of our own image and the way we are treated by being selective with sex. Literally, what you say here would be considered controversial, and I wouldn't be surprised if some feminist finds this video and rips it to shreds under the title, 'can't believe this- female 'mentor' shames women and defends the patriarchy'. However, that's all irrelevant. You are being honest, and you are correct. (and yes, i'm a female and look up to Anna).

Well said. People are trying to go against nature and the way humans operated for thousands of years and it's clearly not working. 3rd wave feminism is ruining it for women and selling us some failed narrative. There are limitations put on both men and women when it comes to intimacy and we can not change them. I am glad more young women are waking up and valuing their bodies.

The so called 3rd wave is actually brainwashing women. Many women who follow this become disempowered because they feel lost along the way. They lose pieces of themselves they give away to men through casual sex, they lose womanhood what ever that is to them when they allow certain groups into being a woman even if they are biologically male etc. Its subversion of what it truly means to be a feminist and its really the patriarch subversely using feminism against us.

Great point, what Anna is doing is much more than just giving "elegance tips", this is EDUCATION, that we basically dont have any other way of obtaining in western cultural climate

and something she also said that resonates with the truth is that this is the reality TODAY. maybe tomorrow it will change but this is how it is now. and the interesting thing is there is nothing casual about casual sex. at all.

I respect this video a lot. I already know people will be shocked by the title but it is not judgemental and it is good advice

I love that you are not pressuring anybody to wait till you are in a relationship! Because when I cliked on the video I was almost sure you would say to wait till commitment. I personaly wanna wait as long as Im able to, but I dont know if Im able to wait 3 months for example... it would be a challenge
